Twinkles is a full-time professional clown, well known and loved for her warm personality. She brings smiles and laughter to audiences of all ages. Twinkles specializes in Balloon Art, Face Painting, Fun Magic Shows and just plain Clownin' Around.

Twinkles has been clowning around and bringing joy to the world for many years. Twinkles inherited her funny bone from her mom - Jingles (in Missouri since 1989). JINGLES & TWINKLES clowned around at the “Conference on the Power of Laugher and Play” in California at the Disneyland Hotel in 1986. Jingles has always been an inspiration to Twinkles.

In 1984 Twinkles won 2nd Place at the World Clown Association Convention for MakeUp and Costume in the Whiteface classification.

Education has included five clown camps at the University of Wisconsin at LaCrosse, learning lots from masters like Lou Jacobs, Mark Anthony, Buttons, Pricilla Mooseburger, Jim Howle, Jeff McMullen, and many more. Half Pint has also been an incredibly inspiring role model. All were Ringling Brothers clowns with BIG hearts, BIG talents and a HUGE willingness to share. Clown Camp at the University Wisconsin-La Crosse is the largest clown training program in the world. Clown camp began in 1981 and was held every year in the summer; 2009 was the LAST year Clown Camp was held at LaCrosse.

Twinkles has also developed skills through frequent attendance of World Clown Association Conventions, Clowns of America Association Conventions, local training sessions and regional conferences. Twinkles believes clowning is about face painting, magic, balloon art, respectful interaction, and most of all, wholesome and fun entertaining!

The kids at the parties remember Twinkles fondly into their adulthood and love running into her 5, 10, and 15 years later. They say she is one of their most cherished childhood memories. These “grown up little kids” greet her with squeals of delight and warm hugs, often sharing memories and pictures. It’s also very common that Twinkles is THEIR choice of a clown when THEIR little ones are celebrating birthdays.

Twinkles has been a lifetime member of Clowns of American International and World Clown Association as well as local clown organizations. Twinkles also carries liability insurance.
